Sales & Business Development Director: Bernard Poon, MEng (Hons) Civil Engineering is based in the UK and fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. With an intimate understanding of Chinese and Western business practise and culture, Bernard spent 5 years developing jinlogic in China before returning to further develop the UK business.

Sourcing Manager: Aaron Lew, BEng Mechanical Engineering is based in Shanghai and a fluent speaker of Mandarin and Sichuanese as well as being proficient in English. Having spent 1 year as an engineer in the Chinese airforce and 2 years sourcing for car manufacturer BYD, Aaron brings a wealth of expertise in metal and plastics.

Office Administrator: Ryan Chan is based in Shanghai and fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Ryan manages the logistics and as the in house computer expert, ensures that systems are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
