Investment casting process
Investment casting is process also known as lost-wax casting. This method allows the production of highly intricate components with accuracy, repeatability, versatility and integrity in a variety of metals and high-performance alloys with no flash or parting lines. It can produce complicated shapes that would be difficult or impossible with die casting, yet like that process, it requires little surface finishing.

- The wax is assembled with other waxes onto a tree then covered in a ceramic slurry and baked
- The wax is then heated and poured out of the baked ceramic cast
- Molten metal is then poured into the ceramic cast
- After cooling, the ceramic cast is removed to reveal the product
