Fabrication Process
Metal fabrication is the process by which more complex products are formed by way of working raw materials with a variety of techniques including but not limited to punching, welding, polishing, grinding, drilling, and bending. Products are often subject to further surface treatment such as heat treatment, powder coating, galvanising and electro plating before final assembly with other components. Jinlogic has extensive experience with metal fabrication and has worked on all sizes of products from small chrome plated foot caps right up to structural steel for power generation projects.
